i cant find the bloody wiz guild...

starting to get dementia..

cord lv 15 wiz...

anyone seen it?

The mages guild can be found in Neverwinter. Far north. :3 Good hunting.

What you're looking for is the Cloaktower, home of the Many-Starred Cloak that handles magical affairs for Neverwinter. They're in the Blacklake district of Neverwinter city, behind the glowing mage statue.
