Recent indications are that minimum specs will be around a 2.4 ghz processor and at least 1 meg of ram.  Recommended will probably be at least 3.0 ghz.  Video card should support Pixel Shading 2.0 - which yours does, I believe.  So - you should be good to go.

Barely scratching the minimun specs estimatives of yours processor wise... I've till september to come up with something to remedy this :P

My computer fried, so I put the parts that worked into Autumn's computer. I'm in the process of upgrading as well.
