Texture problem?

Ever since I reinstalled NWN, clothes and chars look like this... tattoo's also look pretty bad.



As you can see, everything else seems fine...  but it looked MUCH better before, here are a couple of examples... detailed clothes and all.





I've the graphic settings as high as they would go, I played around with video card settings, which is the same since last time I played... so dunno what's up

All suggestions welcome, thanks in advance.

You say you reinstalled it?  You used the highest setting of texture packs when installing?  Other than that, I'm clueless.

I'd like to think I did.... This is what my nwn.ini looks like.. perhaps somebody sees something fishy in it...
