As far as I can tell, it's designed for matchmaking, though allows for a friends-only game. Grab 5 people (one as a DM), go dungeon crawling. It doesn't sound bad, actually, but yes... I wouldn't expect any PWs to come from it. It's a good concept, but I'd like to know about character persistence, how classes are handled, and just how a DM could be given incentives to run a good campaign. Heck, it might be able to give Divinity a run for its money if done right.
