For all those wondering, the original text was some horrible nonsense involving budget airlines training employees in bartending, and something about my ankles not being part of my father's assets. Don't ask. It's Lorem Ipsum.

Obviously, it is irrelevant.

I have a feeling I'm missing important context for the puzzle.

I have a feeling I'm missing important context for the puzzle.

As far as I've got, it's not so much about getting the symbols perfectly translated from their original source; it's analyzing the symbols and their placement for anything strange, like I've mentioned on the last page. That's why in my previous post, I just did a weird translation into the latin script to help compare them. I'll try and get the other two done soon for a proper comparison.

Since I've tried to make it clear that the placement of the letters is entirely random and up to computer code, not me (Lorem Ipsum, people), it's safe to say there's no 'hidden coordinates' type stuff. That said, your current approach is not without its merits.

-stumbles in with a bunch of paper- Okay, folks! I've finished doing my analysis on the anomalous letters in each scroll, going based on what's different from the average. So, in order, are the scrolls with several circled  items. I'll explain what it means in just a bit.

Scroll 1

Scroll 2

Scroll 3

The circle colors correspond to which scrolls the anomalous letters are found.

Red = Scroll 1
Blue + Purple = Scroll 2
Green = Scroll 3

After making a few fixes, I've found that the anomalous letters come in pairs. If you look at the red circles in scroll 1, you'll notice the letters that appear like "R" are anomalous when compared to the other scrolls, but there's always two of them. The same can be said for scroll 3 if you observe it with the green circles.

However, scroll 2 is strange. The blue circles I am positive are anomalous and follow the trend. The purple ones, though, not only appear on scroll 2 as well, but I was unsure since both replaced letters are normally unique from all other letters. This means that this was the only time they matched up (And thus, either one or both are anomalous items). Considering they seem to show up in pairs, I've decided to include both purple items as 'anomalous'.

Can anyone else see anything?

Just have to point out, Scroll 2 only has one anomaly. The second is merely an artefact of the alphabet used. Don't want you guys to get caught up on something I inadvertently put in there (It wasn't an issue in the original version of the ARG).

Last hint, since you guys seem pretty close. You'll need this for the end:

This is the Thorass Alphabet, arranged in alphabetical order. It is the alphabet used in Toril for the Common tongue.

Your characters should know this by heart.

It's the letter 'R', in the Thorass alphabet, isn't it...? The anomalies all seem to look like it, too.

Close, but no cigar. If you had a cigar, though, it would be lit.

... RR? There's always two of them. Possibly an acronym.

Yes, you're about to get guesses from here on I think. ;>.> -flails- I want me cigar!

Yes! You're now a sun wearing sunglasses and smoking a lit cigar.
