Joining Bard's Hall - Rugnar missing from the Everlasting Flagon

Rugnar, a dwarf that's meant to be in the Everlasting Flagon, appears to be missing. Because of this, people looking to join the Bard's Hall cannot do so since the player has to speak to and impress him.

I looked in the Toolset and it looks like the blueprint for the NPC is gone, he'll need to be rewritten. I'll try and talk to NZ of Moffers about it.

Oops, sorry. He got deleted by accident when someone replaced the Everlasting Flagon's blueprint (Not that I'm pointing any fingers). I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. I've been so busy v_v
I'll try to get on it this weekend.

It's a good thing I keep backups!

Ya know what?  I think I still have that mod I made in its entirety.  Which means I've got the character.  I can do some checking on my machine for him and export him as an erf and send him off to whomever needs it.

I already have everything. I'm just getting bogged down from work. Late hours every day, since we're doing stocktake for the next two months. Fun v_v
