And finally I'd to see the the library that I busted my ass on to redo in the server eventually.

The library was never finished, and so much work was left to do that we simply chose to go with the older one. I think the general feeling among the builders was that our effort was more urgently needed elsewhere around the server.

You're most welcome to finish up and submit the new library your self if you want.

What about some scripts that check the level and animal empathy skills of druids/rangers? If they are high enough, the animals remain neutral to them. That way, a level 20 druid doesn't have to kick badgers in the head on the way out of camp. :)

All of the books were in that were in the old library. It contained everything the old library did. What else did it need?

I think it'd be good if the xp penalty times were changed to say, 1 minute a level, Just so the noob characters don't get the maximum punishment.

When I opened it myself, I couldn't see any placeables or NPC's at all, just bare bone rooms. Probably a CEP incompatibility issue. This is what Zippy made of it:

Quote from: "ZippyConspiracy"
There are 7 NPCs, only one of which appears to have a conversation. Many different floors...but nothing seems to be on any of them except a mute NPC... all the books seem to be in one small circular room.

If you had more in it than that, all I can tell you is that the erf must have been corrupt somehow.

The one she sent me was full of NPCs and placeables.  Maybe you were opening it into the wrong CEP version (or no CEP at all) like when you couldn't see Shade's changes to your temple.

It might just be that I don't know where to get them, but I haven't seen any higher level summon tokens (7-9) that aren't elementals. An option other than an elemental would be neat.

I agree with you, Linna. The summons kind of max out with the ant. It can be hard for a girl to find a good meatshield these days.

Speaking of summons, would it be possible to create an item that allows the summoning of henchmen?

So instead of a slaad or an elemental you get an armoured fighter or something. It might look more suitable a companion for some characters (a bodyguard for someone of rank or a squire/apprentice).

My suggestion (added to this thread from 2009) is that the Maces available to my characters (who tend to favor maces, in general) are quite....pathetic...compared to many of the other weapons available in the game, and I'd like to see some options that are more fitting for higher level mace-users.

There are some fine options for smashing the undead....but I'm not Van Helsing, I fight other stuff, too.

Thanks,

Re: Icky;

The maces never changed.
