Player Housing Requests

Player Housing is granted as a reward for good conduct and RP to players we feel have been around and will stay around long enough to have use of their own private corner of the server. If you have a special thought, idea or concept, please feel free to ask, we will be willing to talk with you to see if it's possible to grant it! Use a player house as a dance club or a store front if you like, it is your little space.

Player Housing Guidelines:

• Please don't exceed a 5x5 area and keep it to one zone.
• Please don't include any NPCs.
• Please don't include any loot spawners.
• Items such as clothing must be kept to a minimum, be non-sellable, non-magical and cannot exceed a value of 100 GP.
• The common sense rule of thumb is we don't want player housing to be a server lag factor, so please don't swarm your house with custom scripts or placeables, especially not the animated kind.

Player Housing Prices: (Note! A 5x5 area has 25 squares)

• Castle Interior = $20K for each square ($320K for full size)
• City Interior = $10K for each square ($160k for full size)
• Caves = $10K for each square ($160k for full size)
• Drow Interior = $15K for each square ($240k for full size)
• Other Tilesets = Defaulted to one of the above, please ask individually

Please note:

Housing should be appropriate for the area in which it is situated. For example, castles won't be found in Port Llast, so please keep that in mind.

Housing is limited to one per player, not per character or per log in.

Abandoned housing will be removed after a while. Housing will be considered abandoned if the player goes absent for more than 3 months unless we are notified in advance. We will keep a copy of an area for a time, so if real life takes you away, and you come back to find your house gone, just ask us and we can see about putting it back!

It's going to be a while before I can afford it, but I'd like to put in a request for a 4x4 area for my character Lia Moonshadow.

The concept I have is for an Ilmaterin chapel built in Port Llast to act as a place of worship and healing for the villagers. The history of tragedies that have befallen the inhabitants of Port Llast would probably have many turning to religion for comfort and deliverance, and Ilmater is mainly a deity for those at the bottom of the social ladder.

I've more or less completed the interior if someone wants to look at it, but I'll leave the exterior for someone else if that's okay to make sure it will fit in with the area of Port Llast.

It will be a while before i can afford it but my character carmine gallows would like a small building in the docks area with a sign out front "Lock and Key securities". The store will serve a couple of purposes details p.m.'d to jocularity.

I was just wondering if there's been a decision on my chapel? It's been 14 months but I've finally got the 320,000 gold.

I've got two Ilameterins (a cleric and a paladin) who could be stationed there to give aid to anyone who needs it. If I get the okay, would it be alright to add some decorative NPC's? They won't have any dialogue; they'll just be there to make the place look occupied.
